ORIGINAL ARTWORK

  • All the original artwork is send rolled and packed on a Tube.

  • The shipping cost depend on the dimensions of the tube and country of shipping.

  • All the original Artwork is issued from Barcelona, Spain. 08002 so you can calculate your shipping with your preferred company or you can base the price on the list below with SEUR company: (Tax not included).

  • Tube dimension: 120 x 8 x 8 cm or 100 x 8 x 8 cm. It will depend on the size of your art.

  • You can see the shipping price on the checkout format.

  • If you don´t see your there, please send me an email and I will be glad to tell you the shipping cost.

PRINTS

All the prints are printed on demand, so please allow me up to 5 business days of printing and packing time, before the artwork is shipped out.

In case you need more urgently than this, please first reach out at adrianariolodesign@gmail.com instead of placing your order and I will see what I can do for you. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-­­Friday). We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays.

International shipping is available to certain locations and is limited to standard artwork sizes only. Please make an inquiry to my email below to see if I can ship to your location. Shipping and handling times will vary by location. Please allow 10­ to 25 days for your international package to be delivered. International orders may also be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please be aware that these fees are not included in the prices listed on the website, nor am I responsible for covering them.

ADRESS CHANGES

Please, double check your adress before you check out. To make sure the city in the address matches its ZIP code, use this USPS ZIP code lookup. 

If you provided with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify me as soon as possible at adrianariolodesign@gmail.com. This includes out­­-of-date addresses on PayPal accounts. If you fail to notify the mistake of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to the main adress and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.

RETURN POLICY

Hello there, please, before making a return understand that I am an independent artist and designer. Each one of this artworks is unique and made with a lot of love. I will be really glad to send you as many photos as you need or videos if you want, to make sure you buy the perfect Artwork for your Home or Office.

On original Artwork there are no exchanges, unless you received a damaged or broken product from the shipping company. But if you have any trouble with your order, please send me a message to adrianariolodesign@gmail.com and I´m sure we will find together the best solution.

Prints and Products Return Policy

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report to adrianariolodesign@gmail.com

The return address is set by default. When I receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If the adress of issue isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong Address  

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to printer service facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Please, double check your adress before you make the check out.

Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the printer service facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

I do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Returned by Customer

Please, do not hesitate in contacting me for any doubt before you check out or returning any products, if you need so. I am a freelance designer and artist, so unfortanetly I´m not able to refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Notification for EU consumers

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore I, reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
